It wouldnt be that hard to let a user actually put in the actual values, rather than force them to use a drop-down menu to put in pre-set values. Also, having $1000 as the minimum for a down payment is ridiculous. I know how much my loan will be for so I dont need you take the total minus my down payment for me. Ive also used built-in Excel and Numbers loan templates that are more user friendly than this. Id much rather select the type of loan and then put in the data than have multiple data fields unnecessary for the type of loan Im calculating. Beside the pre-set values, it also doesnt work without an Internet connection. Laziest app creation Ive seen in a long time. Dont waste your dollar. Youd be happier with a cheeseburger.
